The net is finally back!
Oct. 2nd, 2003 01:58 amI cleaned up my room though! You can almost walk into it! I have too much stuff though, I get organizing things and then wind up throwing whatever I can find into them. I did find a lot of pens I thought I'd lost. I also have a very large collection of single earrings. And I set up my computer speakers.
I finally got to sleep this morning, but had to beg off pretty much everything else after Hitchcock class because I was so tired. I did get to watch Smallville before my late nap. Cut for small spoilers.
Okay, evilClark? Mmmmmmmhi. I was definitely feeling the evil. I haven't watched the show since first season, but there's nothing else on Weds and I thought oh, what the hell. Okay, I have to watch next week now because the ending was evil and a cliffhanger. Also, Lex? Mmmmhi. Like, apparently being stranded on a desert island is good for his six pack. Insanity is sexy, shush it is!
Like the Louis guy...and yeah, that was neat. The set looked a little fake, but whatever. Oh, and I still love the music.
roxannlette, your story is coming along (I told someone the plot, they're like, you really put a lot of thought into this PWP birthday gift...so...yeah).
Funny thing -- I heard from three people I needed to see Harold and Maude today. And I've finally thought up a good thesis for my senior project that I can totally do. And I have to use X-Files always a plus ;)
In good news category: Doctor thinks that there's probably something small wrong with my dad and nothing too terrible or life threatening.
Also, might be making a clip using a piece of literature in a hitchcockian style. So if anyone has any suggestions for books or short stories -- send them here.
So how's everyone else doing? :)

Date: 2003-10-02 05:22 am (UTC)I'm going to be comparing conspiracy themed films from the 80s with conspiracy themed films from the 90s and how the geopolitical shift from cold war to post-cold war influenced the exact themes and types (ex, a conspiracy set in business...gov't...international...). So, yeah, and the teacher's like "and be sure to use X-Files and the movie!" Yeah, I can handle that ;)
