I'm back!

I've been up in Cooperstown, NY since Saturday morning for Family Wedding Gathering Fun. Surprisingly, it was fun, I mean, even though I'm the oldest "kid" there, everyone else was 14-20, but that was okay. It's really nice being around family and for the first time in a while I felt very comfortable.

Also, I looked good :) I had on a light pink dress and pink shawl thing and the wedding itself was so beautiful. Gorgeous ceremony, made me almost cry 'cept my mascara wasn't waterproof and yes I'm such a girl.

Excellent food too, we had a buffet breakfast at the hotel this morning and it was wonderful. It was one of the nicest family gatherings I've ever been to, hopefully will get to see them again soon.

It's amazing, it's like, there's me, my sister, the 15-20 year olds and then people much much older. I also realized that the same people I'm sitting with now, I'm going to be sitting with for pretty much the rest of my life :)

Saw two movies - The In-Laws (good movie to see before a wedding) and Bruce Almighty. Bruce Almighty has a story to go with it, but I'm tired right now, so I'll type it up later. Lemme just say, it got a whole theater yelling at me, sorta. That's a teaser. It will be talked about in family gatherings for the next, oh, umpteen years. Yes, I'm the girl who went into the wrong theater. More on that later.

I was sad to miss the Scullython and even sadder to see that so many of my friends are/were sick!!! I hope you ALL feel better. *giant hugs to the sickies and giant hugs to everybody else too while I'm at it*.

Work tomorrow morning, yea! Oh and that scar on my arm, still hurting.

rachel, we missed you so much at the thon! we all wished you could have been there; it would have been better with you. it wasn't as good as years past, and they announced that there will not be another. :(

anyway, i'm glad you had fun at the wedding! and now that you're back, we have to plan to get together. we still have people here, who you need to meet. :D and hopefully we will be in better health soon. ;D
