Scary thing for today

My dad's Western obsession reached new levels. He now owns a pair of real cowboy boots and a few Wrangler shirts.

I'm just relieved he's too old to take on the bulls.

I had this very fear when my parents started watching the country music channel (GAC? or something like that). Actually, my fear predates that. It all started with my mom's desire for a pair of cowboy boots for her birthday one year. Dad and I took her to get them after work. I teasingly stuck a black Stetson on Dad's head. He looked REALLY GOOD. Ayayay. He didn't get the Stetson, though. He was all embarassed because my mom totally swooned and the sales lady was swooning too, LOL.

But yeah.

My parents watch the country music channel on a regular basis now.

Very Scary. My dad watches the Western channel all the time. I think it's a return to childhood type thing. At least, for him.

I will take the warning. My dad's started watching rodeo too though.
