Lady I am the police
Apr. 20th, 2003 05:33 pmWe went to the mall, ate dinner, looked for Esquire...darn Barnes and Nobles :( and then saw Phone Booth Mmmmmm...The Voice.... Laughed evily through most of it, I realized that most of the movie is entirely unnecessary, and the hookers are the funniest part.
Then, we went to Dave and Buster's. We played all these shooting games, and my friend kept pointing the gun and going "Lady I am the Police", which made me giggle insanely.
We had some great conversations about how our lives are going, some 24 speculation/conversations. Decided that there needed to be a kieferwakeupline, cause you know, that would really wake us up in the morning.
We played this one game, like, SWAT team, and it had some kind of special vibrating gun that you reloaded by pressing on a pedal. That was good for getting your ya ya's out.
Then, we went to a bar around here, where we found where all the cute guys hang out, apparently. I met an Irish guy who asked for my number and we sorta kinda kissed. Although, I won't make out with drunk guys I just met, it's a sort of rule. Um, okay, that depends on how much I've drunk - lol.
Oh
roxannlette you're so right, rasberry kamikaze's rock!
Then we hit a diner, I had french fries with cheese..mmmm french fries with cheese...and then came back to my place. I need to get some movies on DVD, I just realized that. Oh and Flatliners was on again last night. It's quickly becoming *such* a guilty pleasure.
But, yes, it's true what people say. When you have a real friend, it doesn't matter how long it's been since you've seen them, when you meet them again, it's like...I don't know, no time has passed. If that makes any sense.
I'm trying to convince her to get a LJ :)
In other news...I just watched S1 4-8pm.
Around five hours to midnight last season, Jack ALSO got shocked with something and threw up. I'm not sure if that's a pattern.
I think that the Palmer conspiracy of this season is really born after that press conference. He ticked off the money men...and that's a *bad* idea.
I like how on this show, every action has an effect...even if it's not felt right away.
