A great surprise

I got to see the first ep of 24 season two!!! I totally missed it the first time and have been regretting that for months, but now I've finally seen it! OF course, I have thoughts :) ( Ah, angst )

Today was pretty eventful actually. Went to a MAC event where I got a lot of make-up and a small makeover thingie. I looked good, I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror. Then, later, went to the movies, saw The Italian Job no spoilers, but I really enjoyed it. LOVE Seth Green and I have a brand new saying that I must put into effect soon.

I am now totally convinced that Kiefer must be in a movie with his dad. I saw MASH a few nights ago finally, what a weird movie, but Altman is a genius.

In other news, lost my mom in the mall, only one of us had a cell phone. Also, had a great conversation with mom and sis tonight, we really had a heart to heart to be cliched, but it was great. I feel much closer to my sister now.

Oh, and fyerfly21 sent me the funniest screencaps...heeeeeee.

Has finally been written. Anyone who likes XF and 24 must go read this story by Vanzetti...now. Actually, anyone who just likes either of these shows should read this story. Or even if you have no idea what either of these shows are, still read the story.

Sunday night update

Well, watched the Tony's...I have to say, I'm becoming so cynical but sometimes the theater awards feel like "there were six new musicals this year, quick, choose three to nominate." I know, I know, but I'm just...well I am not entirely amused by most award shows lately.

Saw a play in NYC today called Bad Dates in a small theater and it was great. A one woman show where the woman talked about dating and her life and shoes. It's a very limited run but hopefully it'll come back.

Tivo'd the Hillary Clinton interview, can't wait to watch it. So many unanswered questions. Maybe get some answers. I must get her book too. I've always liked her a lot.

Not much happened today otherwise, learned that three women with new make up and one bathroom is not a good combo, realized that I don't have roxannlette's home number and did some wash - yeah! wash! It's so nice to have *clean* clothes.

I'm tired, off to bed, Tony won't be able to post on 24rpg till tomorrow - will bring my writing pad in on the bus to work, cause you know, that's when I do my best thinking.

So tired now, so I will sleep.
