Today was a good day!

After freezing last night (the heat is gonna be fixed tomorrow, they promised), I woke up at noon to my friend calling me to go to the library with her -- then, the people came to fix the desk but they ordered the WRONG piece. That's right folks -- two months waiting for the downstairs desk to be fixed and the idiots order the WRONG piece. GRR.

Okay, then day got much better. Went to library, got TONS of books (incl. one I need for class and a few movies that I need to see for classes too). Almost got Harold and Maude but I had too much to watch already. Will get it next time :)

Went into a store -- and they had...my baby, my 24 season two DVDS! I literally clapped my hands in joy, dropping my (thankfully closed) handbag on the floor - LOL.

Just looking at them makes me smile, but I'm too tipsy right now to watch them.

I'll just stare at the box a little more - LOL.

So, came back home, next door neighbors were going out to Thai food! (THAI!!!), we had such good food, good conversation, great drinks, GREAT food actually. The owner is so nice, everyone is so nice and it was really good to be out and having a fun time. I had this light and dark rum drink that tasted like it had no alcohol at all - tho of course it had lots. And Thai iced tea! Oh, that stuff is *SO* good. It's like heaven in a glass.

Anyway, sorta tipsy now, might go stare at DVDs a little more or try to sleep or stay on here and waste time doing almost nothing.

SO tired.
